The material presented here is available throughout, on or within this site and/or by access to the major pages of www.canofbud.com and internationaloddities.com as such this document states the consistent terms and conditions utilized by I.O. as a whole.  This document (which shall be referred to as "disclaimer") additionally is and shall be contained in all packages shipped to customers who purchase from I.O. Purchaser agrees that all smoking products acquired are for their own tobacco alternative use. That is to say that as an alternative to tobacco usage, I.O.'s smoking products have no other use intended or implied. Purchaser will abide by all laws and regulations in their governing state as they may relate to our products. I am in good health and have no medical or mental conditions. Understanding that these tobacco alternative products have no other use intended or implied, I do not intend to use any product for other than its intended purpose, and do not intend to use any product for any illegal purposes. User understands that these products are not intended for illegal use or in conjunction with any illegal substances.
2) Standard Dietary Supplement Disclaimer:
Statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the FDA. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Although available as a dietary supplement, our products have not been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for human or veterinary use at this time.
3) Consult Your Doctor:
Only your healthcare provider can properly diagnose and treat any disease or disorder.Before starting the use of any nutritional supplement, it is important to consult with your doctor. It is important to read and follow all product and label directions carefully, some nutritional supplements are not intended for prolonged use or use by pregnant or lactating women. 4) Check Acceptance:
In the event a check is returned unpaid by your bank, I.O. or its agent will redeposit and collect your check electronically, along with any state-allowed electronic processing collection fee.
5) Return Policy:
Orders placed prior to January 1, 2006 are subject to the following return policy: All products from I.O. are available in quantities of approx. 1/2 oz. for testing and trial in order to discover which smokes are most to your liking. These "trial" quantities can be exchanged for another item if you so desire, but there will be a re-stocking fee of at least 25% for any opened package plus postage. Missing product beyond a pinch or so required to familiarize yourself with our herbal line will additionally be charged against any credit issued. Products purchased in larger quantities are extremely discounted at or below wholesale and as such are considered the responsibility of the purchaser and must be destroyed if returned. These policies allow all I.O. products to be tried and or exchanged risk free in the hopes you find your perfect smoke. *All returns must have an Authorization number written on the front face of the package. Authorization numbers are for exchange only. Due to the unique and rare nature of our products, there are no refunds. Bulk purchases (more than an ounce) and multiple (same item) purchases are generally reserved for re-sellers and as such all returns will be made at the discretion of seller.
Orders placed starting January 1, 2006 are subject to the following return policy: Due to the unique and rare nature of our products, (and as a result of costs incurred in maintaining product pricing despite world changing markets), there are no refunds or exchanges. We therefore suggest when consistently placing bulk orders you familiarize yourself with each and every product prior to ordering in such quantities.
6 ) Disclaimer of Liability:
I.O. is not responsible for any claims arising from improper use, handling or storage of any nutritional supplement sold through this website. I.O. gives no warranties beyond those described herein and there are no other expressed or implied warranties, written or oral. The user agrees that I.O. and its officers and directors shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, punitive, special or other damages, whether direct or indirect, arising out of the user's or other's use or misuse of our products.
