Where do I mail in my order?

For mail orders - write your order on a piece of paper, and include your name/address. Send your order and payment (cash, money order or check) including shipping ($30 Express 1 to 2 business day approx., or $10 Standard 5 to 10 business day) to:

What is Quick Pay – how do I do it?

If you want your order shipped fast - in as little as ONE HOUR... use Quick Pay.  To do a Quick Pay, you go to a Western Union location (in many convenience stores) and get a QUICK COLLECT form. Fill it out with the following:

You give them the amount of the order (add up the $'s of products and shipping) and they have a fee for processing your payment - you pay that separately to them. In the U.S. its currently $12. If your order is for $150 or more in products, the Overnight shipping is free.

How much is shipping? How long does it take?

Once we receive an order it is generally filled in 24 hours. That's once we receive the order.
We ship M-F excluding Holidays.

Express Service approx. 1-2 days ($30) is available within the US only - We ship Next Business Day - Usually delivered in 1 business day, sometimes 2 or more depending on your area.
Standard Service 5-10 days ($10) is available within the US only and usually takes 5 – 10 business days.
International Shipping ($30) is generally delivered in about 5 business days. But it can take as long as 2 or 3 weeks depending on where you live.

How do I get FREE shipping?

Yes - you really get FREE OVERNIGHT SHIPPING in the US (or free International shipping to Canada– both a $30 value) when you pay using our Quick Pay service, and when your order totals over $150 or more in products. Offer not available to other countries. (top)

Can I order if I live outside of the U.S.? (International Orders)

Yes we mail worldwide. We only accept credit cards from the United States, so if you are in another country, you can mail in your order and include U.S. cash or money order (U.S. funds). Please include $30 shipping for out of the U.S.

How are they packaged? Are you discreet?

We ship discreetly. Products are in plastic or glass tubes, or bags - inside boxes, and then can further be inside Express packaging. Label shows from I.O. Shipping. (top)

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes we do – we can ship to any address. However, if you pay by credit card, we can only ship to the billing address of your credit card. (top)

I am having trouble using my credit card – is there another way to order?

We only ship credit card orders to the exact billing address your credit card company's computer has on file. If this is not convenient, other options for you would be to mail in your order with payment, or for fastest shipment within the U.S. and Canada use our Quick Pay service (where you go to a local Western Union and pay them - when we get it a few minutes later, we process your order). Do you ship COD?

Can I pay with a personal or company check?

Personal and company check orders are held the standard 3 weeks, giving time for the funds to clear both your bank and ours. We will ship your order with the shipping you chose at that time. (top)

Can I ship my order to another address such as my work address?

We can ship to any address when you mail in your order with payment, or use our Quick Pay service. We only ship credit card orders to the exact billing address your credit card company's computer has on file. If this is not convenient please use one of the other 2 options above. (top)

How can this be legal?

This is what we've done with our lives for 20 years. Put that much time into something with a passion and you become one of the worlds best kept secrets I guess. Yes our smokes are all legal in the U.S.
